He is a member of the firm's litigation practice, and focuses on business, commercial, and construction litigation.Prior to joining Croessmann & Westberg, Nicholas began his legal career working at a plaintiff's employment litigation firm in Bethesda, Maryland, where he focused on employment discrimination, retaliation, and unpaid commissions related matters. In his free time, he enjoys writing, spending time with friends, and discovering new coffee shops throughout the DMV.
