Glenn joined the firm in April 2022. He is an experienced trial attorney who has represented clients in a wide variety of civil disputes, with a concentration in real estate, construction and commercial litigation.
Since 1991, Glenn has represented individuals, local and international businesses, foreign corporations and local governments in disputes involving breach of contract, construction defect, creditors rights, foreclosure, premises liability, personal injury, commercial landlord-tenant, professional negligence, title defect and fraud. Glenn's experience encompasses all aspects of civil litigation, including first-chairing trials, arbitrations and appeals. His experience includes winning and collecting multi-million dollar judgment (including attorneys' fees award) in a 5-day trial involving allegations of fraud and forgery, obtaining a favorable judgment for a home improvement contractor in a 7-day arbitration regarding alleged construction defects, successfully defending property owners in a 4-day trial against claim for specific performance of a real estate purchase contract, successfully defending a local municipality against claims of employment discrimination and violation of civil rights, and winning summary judgment in a land dispute with a local county and successfully defending the judgment on appeal.
Previously, Glenn worked in national and regional law firms, as in-house counsel for a local government contracting company, and as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maryland. He even appeared on national television for reasons completely unrelated to his legal practice. He is native of Silver Spring, Maryland and is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
